Cardboard Mini N/A
Clay Tile Mini
What section does this fall under?
Nature relief i suppose
What did you learn from this? Did you learn about the medium, style, technique?
how to create basic depth while learning to mold clay properly, royally screwing it up in the process but whatever i learned.
How is this piece successful?
I mean, it's definitely clay, so i have that going for me. Other than that, it was pretty much a failure, i've learned a lot of what not to do during this project and ill definitely try to apply this newfound knowledge in my future works.
What are some of the things you might consider changing if you were to do it again?
I'd try to first of all mold the clay better and not end up with uneven edges on the sides, then work on sculpting the inside shape better, as this version looks pretty sloppy and can use a lot more work.
Book Cutting
What section does this fall under?
Book carving nature something of that sort.
What did you learn from this? Did you learn about the medium, style, technique?
I learned how much more effort i thought was going to take to make this project a success, its a lot if you were wondering. In the future i'd definitely spend my time more efficiently.
How is this piece successful?
It has good fore and background but low middle ground and that's an issue i can fix in the future
What are some of the things you might consider changing if you were to do it again?
cut more accurately and work better on time management so i can get more work done in the appropriate amount of time.
